Terry is the founder and CEO of Professional Connection having worked in the Financial Services sector for over 3 decades in a number of diverse roles. Terry is a Chartered Financial Planner with an encyclopaedic knowledge base but has focused much of his education on the field of investment. Investment is key to many of our client aims and this expertise has been invaluable to our success as a company. Terry is a qualified Discretionary Investment Manager
Terry is a committed family man, married to Aggi with two teenage boys and enjoys sailing, golf (to a fashion), tennis and travel where time permits, of course.
Mike Magill - PFS Dip

Mike is the latest addition to our advising team having obtained his Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning in 2020 following a career in the Royal Navy. Mike was an Officer in the Royal Navy and left in 2019 following his last deployment on HMS Queen Elizabeth with the aim of working within the Financial Services sector. Becoming a Chartered Financial Planner is the current goal and Mike is working hard to further increase his knowledge base by completing his advanced professional exams. From there he fully expects to go on to become a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society, the highest accolade of the profession. Fortunately Mike is a quick learner and is already proving his worth in complimenting the team here at Professional Connection.
Mike is married to Sophie, has a baby daughter and enjoys football, cricket and takes an interest in local politics.
Richard Palmer - PFS Dip

Richard is associated with Professional Connection as a Compliance consultant and is also a successful Financial Planner with extensive industry experience. Richard has been involved in the Financial Services Industry for more years than he cares to admit.
Richard is a keen Triathlete and uses the same tenacious discipline to achieve the aim in his work, making for a very safe pair of hands.
Karen McStravick - Office Manager

Karen joined Professional Connection in early 2020 as Senior Administrator having previously worked in senior management for a large company. Karen brings a wealth of experience and ideas to the company. She has quickly acclimatised to working in the financial services sector and now we wonder how we survived without her. She is a credit to the company and the team.
Karen enjoys time with her grown up family and is happiest outdoors walking in the countryside, cycling and travelling to warm climates. She has recently taken up oil painting with ambition to paint something worthy of a frame.
Ben McStravick – Financial Services Trainee

Ben is currently completing his level 3 financial services apprenticeship and will progress from there to further qualifications and roles within the company. Ben has proven to be a valuable asset to the team and currently supports Karen in the Administration department.
Ben is a keen gym attendee, passionate about health and fitness and is soon to become a father for the first time.
